Fence Installation & Repair WarrantyFenceGo performs all work in accordance with industry standards and guarantees its workmanship and materials for 1 year. The structure warranty covers only workmanship. Spacing, splitting, and warping are common features of dimensional lumber and should be expected. The warranty does not cover board splits under 8 inches. Normal surface cracks are not covered by warranties.

Fence Staining WarrantyAll fence staining services are backed by a 3-year limited warranty. Deck staining is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. In addition to natural graying, fading, and customer negligence, hail, and sprinkler damage are not covered by the stain warranty. There may be light/dark spots and variations in coverage due to the condition of the existing structure. To fully protect your investment, it is recommended that you stain your deck every 3-5 years.

Warranty DisclaimerMaterial warranties do not cover acts of God (wind, hail, drought, excessive rain, etc.), vegetation, vehicles, pets, or human-inflicted damage. Retail repair prices will apply to such non-covered items. Warranties are non-transferable. It is important to note that all warranties will be void if the fence sign(s) are removed or the contractual invoice balance is not paid in full.

How Long Does Fence Staining Take?Each job will take a different amount of time to complete: It takes two days to clean and stain a fence if it needs to be cleaned. In the case of new fences that don't need to be cleaned, the process takes one day. It takes three to five hours to complete each step.

Is Your Stain Sprayed, Brushed, or Rolled On?To protect our customers' homes from overspray and damage, we spray, brush, and roll on our stain.

How Do I Choose The Right Stain Color For My Fence?Choosing a stain color depends on the look you want to achieve and the style of your home. If you prefer a natural look, clear or semi-transparent stains that showcase the wood grain would be ideal. For a bold statement, consider solid stains that offer vibrant colors.

Can I Stain An Old Fence, Or Should It Be New?While staining a new fence is ideal as it provides immediate protection, you can certainly stain an old fence too. It just requires a little more preparation like cleaning, stripping old paint, and making any necessary repairs.
